Our Investment Process

    Once the properties are move-in ready, we work with experienced property management professionals to secure long-term leases with carefully vetted tenants.

  • STEP 4: Refinance & Repeat

    With the properties now stabilized, we refinance to cash out the initial investment and pay back our valued investors. The remaining capital is then reinvested into the next deal.
